As consignments may contain batteries and rechargeable batteries, iSHOXS Europa GmbH points out the following under the Battery Act:
Batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of with household waste.
You are obliged to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries. Old batteries can u. a. Contain harmful substances that can damage the environment or your health if stored or disposed of improperly. Batteries contain u. a. also important raw materials (iron, zinc, manganese, nickel) and can be recycled.
You have the option to either return the batteries to us after use or to return them free of charge in your immediate vicinity (eg in stores or in municipal collection points or in our dispatch warehouse).
Returning to points of sale is limited to the end user's usual amount as well as waste batteries, which the distributor has led or led as new batteries in his assortment.
The crossed-out wheeled bin sign means you must not dispose of batteries and batteries with your household waste. Under this directory you will also find the following symbols with the following meaning:
- Pb: Battery contains Lead
- Cd: Battery contains Cadmium
- Hg: Battery contains mercury
